Shipping Policy
The latest we expect to ship any order is on a next business day basis. Usually, your order will ship within 24 hours, depending on the time differences between yourself and ourself.
Free shipping for US based customers:

Orders placed before approximately 10pm EST Sunday to Thursday will ship approximately 10.45pm same day ; for PST those times are 7pm and 7.45 pm respectively.

Orders above USD 300 or above 5 packs of lozenges ( or 12 packs of gum) are shipped Economy Courier at our expense. This is a 2 to 10 business day delivery time, with free insurance and tracking. A signature is required on delivery.

Orders below these thresholds are shipped Priority Airmail - a 4 to 12 business day delivery. If you choose, you may upgrade to the above Economy Courier service for a modest added cost.

The mail/courier services in some countries leave a little to be desired in terms of delivery completion. Please contact us directly with any questions re shipping to your country.

Should you place an order that experience has shown us may be problematic to fulfill to both your and our expectation, we will contact you before your order ships to discuss options.
Refund Policy
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, we have a replacement policy - ie. we will re-send the correct order and reimburse you for any freight charges you incur when you return the incorrect order to us in an unopened, resaleable condition.
We are not responsible for damage in transit, beyond our control.
Where you receive a correct order but change your mind, accepting returned parcels is at our discretion. Degree of refund offered may be dependent on any clearance or brokerage fees we incur on parcel re-entry and subject to currency fluctuations. Cancellation Policy
Y ou only have a small window to notify us if you wish to cancel an order. We ship orders on weekdays, usually within 24 hours of your order being placed; oders are collected from us approximately 10pm EST, on our Monday to Friday ( or US Sunday to Thursday). When orders are uplifted a tracking email is generated by that scan; if you receive that email, or we receive the BCC copy of that email, our obligation to cancel your order ceases at that point.
